ERDC’s Deployable Resilient Installation water Purification and treatment System (DRIPS) was successfully deployed in Greenland to supply potable water at Pituffik Space Base, the U.S. Department of War’s northernmost installation.
To learn more about this successful deployment listen to Episode 59 (www.PowerofERDCPodcast.org/59-Expedition-ARCHIE) for an interview with Dr. Clint Smith. You can also watch the video of that interview (www.PowerofERDCPodcast.org/59-Expedition-ARCHIE_video).

Photos from the DRIPS team at Expedition ARCHIE:
Shortly before Expedition ARCHIE, DRIPS was deployed at QLLEX25, an event sponsored by the 354th Quartermaster Group. The DRIPS and next generation DRIPS emerging technology were evaluated alongside Army Programs of Record such as the Tactical Water Purification System TWPS and the ROWPU system to identify how they would work together for early entry support.
